What is VoIP and how does it work?
VoIP, otherwise known as Voice over Internet Protocol, is a voice communications system which uses an internet connection to make calls instead of the use of a local phone company.
How secure is the VoIP system?
VoIP is secure, as secure as traditional telephony and more secure than using your mobile phone. If you use PDSL for voice, it will use a non-public IP address adding additional security to your communications.
Can I call people who are not on a VoIP Network?
Yes. Anyone can receive calls from a VoIP system.
How do costs compare to traditional business telephony?
We typically save our Clients anywhere between 20%-40%. In some case even more. The reason being is that call charges are significantly lower and there is no on-premise PBX hardware to purchase or maintain.
If we already have a number with another provider, are we able to transfer that number to you?
Of course! Transferring numbers is a quick and simple process and won't interfere with your business at all. There is just a one-off fee for us to port across numbers.
Is there a limit on how many extensions we can add to your network?
There are no limits on extensions. Extensions can be quickly added and removed when needed and based on what will best fit your business.
